Terms of Use (End User License Agreement)

The service

Mayk AI is an AI voice language-practice app provided by PEAK SALES DİJİTAL PAZARLAMA (Türkiye). The tutor is an AI and may make mistakes. The app is not an exam, a certificate, or medical, legal or financial advice.

Licence

You get a non-transferable licence to use the app on Apple-branded devices you own or control, under the Usage Rules of Apple's Media Services Terms and Conditions, for personal, non-commercial use.

Your account

The app creates an account for your device on first launch; you can make it permanent with Apple or with an email and password. Keeping your account secure is your responsibility. You must be at least 13 to use the app. You can delete your account at any time in the app (Me → Delete account).

Subscription, billing and cancellation

Mayk Pro comes in two plans: weekly and yearly. The current price, the length of the period and any free trial are shown on the purchase screen in your own currency before you buy.

Payment is charged to your App Store account when you confirm the purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; the renewal is charged within 24 hours before the period ends.

A free trial converts into a paid subscription unless you cancel before it ends. Any unused part of a free trial is forfeited when you subscribe to the same content.

Manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings (Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions). Refunds follow Apple's rules and are requested through Apple.

Each plan includes a daily amount of speaking time; when it is used up, voice lessons resume the next day and your word and mistake notebooks stay available.

Acceptable use

Do not use the app for unlawful, abusive or infringing purposes, to abuse or automate against the service, or to reverse-engineer it. We may suspend accounts that do.

AI-generated content

The tutor's sentences are generated by an AI and can be wrong or unexpected. If you see something offensive, write to [email protected]; we review reports and correct our model instructions and safeguards when needed.

Content

Your conversations are yours. You grant us the limited rights needed to provide the service (see the Privacy Policy). The app, its scenes and its design belong to us.

Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages, and our total liability is limited to what you paid in the last 12 months. Your mandatory consumer rights are unaffected.

About Apple

This agreement is between you and us; Apple is not a party to it. We alone are responsible for the app and its support and maintenance. If the app fails to conform to any warranty, Apple may refund the purchase price; to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this agreement and may enforce it against you.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms and will notify you in the app of material changes. We may end the service with reasonable notice and will refund the unused part of a prepaid period pro rata.

Governing law and contact
